How we decide what goes on this site
This page exists so you can check us. It states how the score is built, what verified means in practice, how we make money, and the things we will not do regardless of what somebody offers to pay. Placeholder text.
What the score is made of
Placeholder. The real version states the four weighted factors, what each is measured from, and why an entry with a high domain authority can still score badly. It also says plainly that the score answers one question only, which is whether submitting is worth your afternoon.
What verified means
Placeholder. Verified means a human opened a live listing and inspected the page source on the date shown, not that a script checked the submission page returns a 200. Where only a paid tier could be confirmed, entries are marked as such rather than given the benefit of the doubt.
How often we sweep
Placeholder. Every page carries a per entry date and a per page sweep date. If a page has not been swept, it does not get today's date on it, and the verification bar turns amber past ninety days on its own so nobody has to remember.
How we make money, in full
Placeholder. Advertising is the only revenue on the site today. There are no affiliate links in the tables. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on this page before it appears anywhere else.
- We never sell a dofollow link. Anything sponsored carries rel="sponsored".
- Every outbound listing link carries rel="nofollow", including the free ones.
- Payment never changes a score. It can change position, and a sponsored row is labelled as one.
- We do not accept payment to remove a negative verdict.
- No entry is added because someone asked. Entries are added because they passed the checks.
What gets an entry removed
Placeholder. Noindex listing pages, a submission form broken across two consecutive sweeps, or a reciprocal link requirement we would not want a reader to satisfy. Removals are published on the page they came off, with the reason and the date.
